- “A Unity WeSpace group is a loving community of embodied mystical practice.” -about community &
- Practice – mysticism: WBMA (embodied) – the dance we’re learning together – unfold over 3 sessions – and in the time between meetings
- Practice Community – not separate from practice, intertwined – community is a practice as well & our practice comes to life in community. Levels of “We” in our community (intimate/collective (30+ groups)/universal)
- Collective, communal process, not a program, not a course. Living & dynamic. Unique and responsive. Connected to who we are.
- Community Practice – 2 ways to start. 1v1s in off-weeks. Then….
- Sharing our stories – As an expression of uniqueness – who we are
- 5 min spiritual journey, what brings you to a WeSpace group, hopes.
- Break before practice
- Guided WeSpace Heart Meditation – first of three parts unfolding over 3 sessions
- Intention – Introduce WS – “to move into conscious awareness and participation in the shared WeSpace, primarily through our heart center.”
- The space among us vs. just within – best experienced rather than described
- Guided meditation – something new maybe, beginner’s mind – rest and relax. Be with whatever is.
- Posture/movement, video on, eyes open or closed
- Reflection on Experience
- Why we Share – not to compare or boast, but to give voice to our inner experience so as to learn from each other and open our possible awareness. Not attached to our sharing/experience
- Outro – Follow-up email tomorrow, 1v1s.Integration (journal, paint, movement, conversation, etc. – in order to absorb rather than let drift away). Energy of this practice can stay with us.Next Meeting date
2nd Meeting – Individual WBMA (starter to give teaching – initially everyone will be using the teaching video created by Dr, Toni
- Welcome – Good to see you all again. WS group purpose: “A WeSpace group is a loving community of embodied mystical practice.”Practice: In WS last time, today Indiv. Starter will say more about later.
- In our collective – weekly emails. Resources and community gatherings, welcome to come. Daily morning WBMA meditation.
Community: Each WS, presence community in our midst
- Collective – Something happening right now (movement, co-ex, etc)
- Intimate – One on ones – will rotate another partner next week. Another way is through how we start each WeSpace group….
- Connection Time – practice of heart (both sharing & listening with presence).
Last two weeks – including day-to-day details but also invitation to share more deeply & personally. Welcoming spiritual being. Mystical.
Learning spiritually, questions wrestling with, internal experience.
“Being present with our inner lives” (what we’re bringing to this time)
An invitation to authentic sharing from personal and spiritual depth
After – like any practice, it will grow and develop together over time - WBMA Indiv Practice – to introduce the 4 centers (Paul)
- Practice Notes to Share (potentially)
- Field of Play – may be drawn to any particular center or face of God each time. Freedom to follow and be where you’re drawn (not check all the boxes). Expanding/integrating consciousness, field of awareness.
- Sharing Experiences (why) – Can sometimes be used to keeping our interior life private, a new thing to share and come into a form of spiritual intimacy. This is a way of going beyond our individualism and barriers of separation. Not to compare. Give voice. Feel & understand.
- Unknowing – Also sharing in the silent energy & nonconceptual
- Outro – Follow-up email, ways incorporate practice – learn embodied centers
3rd Meeting – WeSpace WBMA & Integral Prayer Practice (starter)
- Intro: WeSpace Purpose – many ways doing that, including this group
- Housekeeping
- 3rd meeting –Guide facilitating next, facilitation rotates, return for 8th meeting & going forward plan
- More info in follow up email (ok to share everyone’s email?)
- Reminder: No financial requirement to participate in a group, but we do ask all to consider giving – any amount that seems right to you and is fitting with your situation. How we make these groups possible, accessible, available–thanks to those who have already given
- Connection time – introduce how groups call on next after they’re finished.
(Possible notes: Outer/Inner life sharing, <5 min, appropriate responses) - Practice – “AWeSpace group is a loving community of embodied mystical practice.” Intention: put together – WS, WBMA & “Integral Prayer”
- IP Teaching – IP new for most people (ok beginner and be playful)
- Purpose – Integral prayer helps us practice and learn to love in a mystical, holistic way. Engaging our whole consciousness in love.
- IP – Learning to pray from a fuller/deeper consciousness, not to God out there, but from our divine consciousness within—our awakened, embodied awareness. – Meditation moves us into this state
- How – Focus on each person **right to opt-out if don’t want to**
- Engage in the flow – sending love, transmitting (healing, care, etc)
- Sensing – what is arising from within (4 centers, guides)
- Sharing – Mystical “HI”: Heart Share or Impressions. “Prophecy” not predict/no authority, “Give voice” to spiritual knowing
- Why we share – Strengthening, comforting, encouraging one another (no “should” or “need to” – invitational rather than directive)
- What looks like – internal sensing primarily
- Head: visionary knowing – images, pictures, words, sounds, smells
- Heart: energy/feeling – warmth, movement, love, tenderness, (can feel free to name these feelings)
- Womb: intuitions of deep knowing (not sure why I know), images, perhaps a unique kinship, or a holding/embrace
- Feet: Roots interconnected, somatic knowing in body (my form)
- Mystical Languages – all different, each has primary – go with that
- Practice – Learn with time – ok to be uncomfortable
- Freedom to experiment in trust and safety – no authority
- Loving Space –no fixing, advice, correcting–beholding in love
- Development – no comparing, ego, performance anxiety – IP101
Paul & I have done this a lot (Paul black belt, sees guides)
- Discern what is shared, ok to release what doesn’t fit – feedback
- Integration – take notes, don’t need to immediately interpret or “know” what everything means. First absorb, whole-body receive.
- Feedback – name what resonates (not process), word of thanks
- Integral Prayer – “How we can practice and learn to pray for/with one another from a fuller/deeper consciousness.”
**Works best when we release any pressure, worry, or constriction. So invite you to relax, stretch, release mental grip, take a break
- WS WBMA Guided Meditation (posture – heart open, video, eyes)
- Possible notes for sharing during IP
- Discerning in sensing – less background visual cues, searching internal arisings – *can just share one word even
- Discerning in receiving – no authority in what is shared – release or sit with
- Silence just as important as what is shared with words
- Co-creation – what others share helps bring to life my own sensations
- Collective & Individual Sensing
8th Meeting
- Share Experience – Group & Practice: Zoom out to whole 4 months
- Resonances, challenges, how it’s helped you
- Then, after we’ll talk about going forward and what’s next
- WeSpace as Initiation – Is this a fit?
- Group size is natural to settle in at 4-6
- Further invitation to engage with the collective community
- Deepening together and bringing forth gifts and contributions to one another and our whole community
- Going Forward
- Continue in the group?
- Group liaison and/or guide in training
- Zoom account
- Freedom (frequency, one-on-ones, improvising)
- Agreements – core practice together, adding new members (consensus), how we leave the group (no ghosting)
