Mystical Messages

1. Intention
 TodayourintentionistoputitalltogetherinfullWS

practice & introduce “Integral Prayer” – for one another

2. Teaching

  •   IP will be new for most people. It’s ok to be a beginner and

    experiment playfully.

  •   Purpose – Integral prayer helps us practice and learn to love

in a mystical, holistic way. We practice engaging our whole

    consciousness in love.

  •   What Is is – Praying from a fuller/deeper consciousness, not

to God out there, but from our divine consciousness within, from our awakened, embodied awareness. – Meditation moves us into this state

  •   How – Focus on each person, one at a time
    1. Engage in the flow – send love, transmitting (healing,

care, etc). Open your heart and womb to the person.

    2. Sensing – what is arising from within (4 centers, whole

      body, guides).
Try to distinguish what feels like it is given to you, rather than what you might be creating.
Your mind helps you observe and identify what arises, it is not making anything.

    3. Speak Forth – “Give voice” to your spiritual knowing. Is the practice of naming or describing what has arisen in you.
Is not “prophecy”, is not to predict or declare with any authority.
  •   Why We Share – To edify the body of Christ: strengthening, comforting, encouraging one another. To respond to spirit by speaking what we are given.
  •   Whatitlookslike
    1. Head: visionary knowing – images, pictures, words,

      sounds, smells

    2. Heart: energy/feeling – warmth, movement, love,

tenderness, (can feel free to name these feelings)

    3. Womb – intuitions of deep knowing (not sure why I

know), images, perhaps a unique kinship, or a

      holding/embrace

    4. Feet – feeling roots interconnected, somatic knowing

in body (what Luke often experiences)

  •   Mystical Languages – all different, each has primary – go

    with that

  •   It is a practice – Learn with time – ok to be uncomfortable
    1. Freedom to experiment in trust and safety – no authority
    2. Development – no comparing, ego, performance anxiety

Paul & I have done this a lot (Paul is a “black belt”) – what arises for you may be different, may change with more experience.

    3. Holding Loving Space – first and foremost we are beholding each other in love – no fixing, advice, correcting, no “talking to”
  •   Practicefortherecipient
    1. Discern what is shared, ok to release what doesn’t fit.
    2. Choose your response – feedback to the one who spoke: what resonates, how it feels, or simply “thank you”, or silence (especially if you are occupied in sensing, aren’t sure, or speaking would be disruptive for you)
    3. Integration – take notes if you want to, don’t need to immediately interpret or “know” what everything means. First let whole body receive. Knowing may

come later, possibly much later.

 Integral Prayer – is the answer to “How we can practice and learn to pray for/with one another from a fuller/deeper consciousness.”

3. Possible notes for sharing during IP

  •   Discerning in sensing – less background visual cues,

    searching internal arisings

  •   Silence – just as important as what is shared with words.

Pay particular attention to your heart and felt energetic

sense. Are you beholding in love?

  •   Co-creation – what others share helps bring to life my own

    sensations

  •   Discerning in receiving – no one has authority in what they

share, it is simply offered – feel free to release or sit with

  •   Feedback – to help name resonances, not so much for your

own processing. The practice it identifying and maybe naming what arises in us, not for us to explain or make sense of what arises. Let any knowing come on its own, without our effort.
